Rehan Ahmad raced for two clubs, coached beginners and trained as a lifeguard before he taught in Dubai.
He coaches one swimmer at a time, so every minute in the water goes to the person learning.

Rehan Ahmad teaches every lesson himself, so your swimmer always has the same coach.
Rehan raced for two year-round clubs in Virginia, Occoquan Swimming and the Potomac Marlins. He coached beginners with the Ashland Stingrays, taught lessons with the Kingsbrooke Sea Lions and trained as a lifeguard in CPR, first aid and water rescue.
Now he teaches in Dubai, one swimmer at a time. Every student gets his full attention and moves at their own pace, and safety, fun and real skills are the base of every lesson he runs.
- Safety FirstEvery lesson builds water safety skills and life-saving habits from day one.
- Personalized ApproachEach lesson matches the swimmer's skill level, goals and learning pace.
- Fun & EngagingSwimmers learn faster when they enjoy it, so lessons stay fun while the skills get real.
- Proven ProgressStructured, goal-based coaching shows progress week after week.
Rehan raced, coached and lifeguarded before he taught his first private lesson.
Every step below comes from his swimming record and the teams he worked with.

He joins the Senior group at Occoquan Swimming (OCCS) in Virginia and begins training and competing through the whole year.

That summer he also races at the Potomac Valley 13 & Over Championships and the ISCA Summer Elite Showcase.

He brings his private lessons to Dubai.
He now teaches babies, kids, teens and adults at any pool in the city, and arranges a pool for families who do not have one.
Rehan's best times would place him in the UAE's top 35 in three events.
These are his personal bests from SwimCloud, set against SwimCloud's 2025 UAE men's short-course rankings for swimmers of every age.
| Event | Best time (yards) | 25 m equivalent | UAE rank |
|---|---|---|---|
| 200 Backstroke | 2:08.19 | 2:22.29 | #31 |
| 100 Breaststroke | 1:03.36 | 1:10.33 | #32 |
| 200 Breaststroke | 2:25.95 | 2:42.00 | #32 |
| 100 Backstroke | 59.06 | 1:05.56 | #48 |
| 200 Individual Medley | 2:12.00 | 2:26.52 | #65 |
| 200 Freestyle | 1:54.76 | 2:07.38 | #69 |
| 100 Freestyle | 51.17 | 56.80 | #86 |
| 50 Freestyle | 23.67 | 26.27 | #92 |
This is an estimate, not an official ranking. Rehan set these times in 25-yard pools, so each one is converted to 25 metres with the standard 1.11 factor and then placed in SwimCloud's UAE rankings (checked in September 2026).
Rehan swam, coached and lifeguarded with these five organizations.
