2.What information Rehan collects
Rehan collects the information you choose to send him when you book an intro call, message him on WhatsApp, call, text or email. That usually includes your name, your phone number or email address, your area in Dubai, and details about the swimmer such as their age, swimming level and any health information that matters for a safe lesson.
This website does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers and does not ask you to create an account.
3.How the information is used
Rehan uses your information to reply to you, to plan and teach lessons, to confirm prices and locations, to take payment and to keep swimmers safe in the water. He does not sell your information or use it for anyone else's marketing.
4.Services that handle your information
The booking calendar on this website is provided by Calendly. When you use it, Calendly collects the details you enter and sets its own cookies. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.
5.Information about children
Lessons are often for children, so Rehan only accepts information about a child from that child's parent or guardian. He uses it only to plan and teach safe lessons.
6.Photos and videos
Rehan only photographs or films a swimmer with permission, and only shares a photo or video publicly when the swimmer, or the parent or guardian of a child, has agreed to it. You can ask him to remove a photo or video at any time.
7.How long information is kept and your choices
Rehan keeps your information for as long as you are taking lessons and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or a question comes up. You can ask him at any time to show you, correct or delete the information he holds about you or your child.
8.Changes to this policy
Rehan may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
